By contacting me for a commission, you agree to the following terms:
QUOTE PROCESS
I reserve the right to refuse any commission I feel that I cannot complete to my own satisfaction. I don't want to give you art that I myself feel isn't good.I also reserve the right to refuse any commission for any other reasons I deem necessary. Please don't fuss about this, I'll do what I can to explain why you were denied.Please have a CLEAR digital reference of the character you are commissioning. I no longer work from descriptions, as it's caused a lot of issues and misunderstandings in the past.The price you receive for your quote is only guaranteed for up to 30 days. My prices are subject to change, and your quote is only locked in for that time period.
COMMISSION PROCESS
Once a price and such has been agreed upon, your piece will be added to my trello queue (linked on the first page here.) Orders will be completed in the order they are received.You will receive a work in progress for each phase. My phases are Sketch - Edits - Linework - Edits - Flat Colors - Shading if offered - Complete. Please ask for any changes needed in the sketch phase for line art changes or before the color phase, and color / marking edits during the flat color stage. No further edits will be given after the flat color stage. You, the commissioner, are allowed to repost art received from me with credit to your own social medias / profiles. I may post your art to my own social medias / profiles as well, unless otherwise asked.
PAYMENT
I require payment up front and in full unless otherwise discussed.Payment is accepted through Paypal only.I prefer to do them by invoice. This protects both of us.Refunds will not be given once a piece is started, unless I feel I can not complete the piece.
